Instructions
- Combine chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne in a food processor and blend until a thick paste forms.
- While processing, add olive oil gradually and then add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture is smooth and spreadable.
- Top with extra cayenne and feta cheese before serving.
