Instructions
- Peel the skin off the turmeric root.
- Cut the turmeric into 3-4 pieces and place it in a high-speed blender.
- Add the lemon juice, coconut water, and black pepper to the blender.
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth to separate the juice from the pulp.
- Transfer the juice to a jar or pitcher and consume immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
