Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon raw cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon mesquite powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
  • 1 cup hot coffee

Instructions

  1. Heat the non-dairy milk in a small saucepan until it reaches a gentle boil.
  2. While the milk heats, add the cashew butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cacao powder, mesquite powder, cinnamon, and vanilla to a blender.
  3. Pour the hot coffee into the blender along with the heated non-dairy milk.
  4. Blend the mixture on high for about 30 seconds until frothy.
  5. Pour the coffee into a mug and optionally dust with cinnamon before serving.
