Mexican Stuffed Shells

jumbo shell pasta

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and coat a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray.
- Combine the taco sauce and salsa in a bowl, then spread it evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat, add onion and cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef and taco seasoning to the pan, cooking until the beef is browned.
- Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the beef mixture and place them in the pan on top of the salsa.
- Sprinkle cheese over the stuffed shells.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve.
