Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 and ⅓ cups graham cracker crumbs

Filling

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 and ¼ cups creamy peanut butter

Topping

  • 6 ounces semi-sweet, bittersweet, or milk chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then pack it tightly into a 9-inch tart pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 13-15 minutes until lightly browned, then cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Make the filling by beating the softened butter until smooth, then adding confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and peanut butter until combined.
  5. Spread the filling evenly into the cooled tart crust.
  6. For the topping, melt the chocolate and peanut butter together until smooth, then pour over the filling.
  7. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours before slicing.
