Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Prepare the crust by mixing the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then pack it tightly into a 9-inch tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 13-15 minutes until lightly browned, then cool for 15 minutes.
- Make the filling by beating the softened butter until smooth, then adding confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and peanut butter until combined.
- Spread the filling evenly into the cooled tart crust.
- For the topping, melt the chocolate and peanut butter together until smooth, then pour over the filling.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours before slicing.
