sparkling wine, Cava or Prosecco
The juices

juices (e.g., orange juice, pomegranate juice, peach nectar, mango juice)
The fruits

fresh fruits (e.g., raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, pomegranate seeds)
The herbs

fresh herbs (e.g., mint, basil, rosemary sprigs)
Instructions
- Chill the sparkling wine for at least 3 hours before serving.
- Set out the chilled sparkling wine in a beverage tub filled with ice.
- Arrange the juices and fresh fruits on the table along with champagne flutes.
- Pour 1 part juice to 2 parts sparkling wine into each flute.
- Garnish with fruit or herbs as desired.
- Refill as needed and enjoy!
