Caprese Pasta Salad

The pasta

The sauce

Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
- 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil, tomatoes, and salt over medium heat until tomatoes start to burst.
- 3. Remove from heat and stir in the cooked pasta, letting it cool slightly.
- 4. Add mozzarella and basil to the pasta, then stir in vinegar and adjust seasoning.
- 5. Let the salad rest for about 20 minutes before serving.
