Instructions
- Combine the coconut oil and brown rice syrup in a saucepan and heat until boiling.
- Boil for one minute, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sea salt.
- Pour the cereal into a mixing bowl and mix in the syrup until well-coated.
- Line a 9-inch baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cereal mixture in it.
- Press the mixture tightly into the pan using another piece of parchment paper.
- Freeze for 45 minutes, then bring to room temperature, slice, and serve.
