Instructions
- 1. Mix cumin, chili powder, and black pepper; rub on salmon fillets and grill until tender.
- 2. Heat corn tortillas in foil or on a skillet and chop the cabbage.
- 3. Prepare pico by mixing diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Make lime crema by mixing sour cream, garlic, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Once salmon is cool, pull apart into chunks and place on tortillas; top with cabbage, pico, lime crema, cilantro, and lime juice.
