Ingredients

The salmon

  • 1 lb Fresh Salmon
  • to taste Cumin
  • to taste Chili Powder
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Cabbage, chopped
  • 8 pieces Fresh corn tortillas

The pico

  • 2 medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 1 medium Jalapeno, minced
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

The lime crema

  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Diced onion
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix cumin, chili powder, and black pepper; rub on salmon fillets and grill until tender.
  2. 2. Heat corn tortillas in foil or on a skillet and chop the cabbage.
  3. 3. Prepare pico by mixing diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Make lime crema by mixing sour cream, garlic, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Once salmon is cool, pull apart into chunks and place on tortillas; top with cabbage, pico, lime crema, cilantro, and lime juice.
