Garlicky Pesto Flatbread Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Brush the flatbreads with garlic purée and bake for 3 to 5 minutes until crisp.
- Spread pesto on the flatbreads and top with mozzarella and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the flatbreads for 10 to 13 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and edges are crisp.
- Remove from the oven and top with arugula, fresh basil, and red pepper flakes if desired. Slice and enjoy.
