Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy roasted almond butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla stevia
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix almond butter in a large bowl until creamy using a hand blender.
  2. 2. Add eggs, honey, and stevia to the bowl and mix well.
  3. 3. Incorporate salt, baking soda, and cinnamon into the mixture.
  4. 4. Blend all ingredients until fully combined.
  5. 5. Transfer the batter to a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  6. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 12-15 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve once cooled.
