Instructions
- Combine hash browns, bacon, sour cream or Greek yogurt, cream cheese, onions, bell peppers, and spices in the slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low for 4-6 hours until the potatoes are soft.
- Stir the mixture and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on High until the cheese melts and the dish is creamy, about 30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
