Pan Roasted Veggies and Chicken

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, combine potatoes and onion with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary, and coat well.
- Place chicken thighs on top and sprinkle with new bae seasoning.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, place chicken on a plate, and set aside.
- Add spinach to the baking sheet to cover the potatoes and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until wilted.
- Remove from the oven, mix the veggies, and place chicken back on top before serving.
