Instructions
- Cut the thinly sliced beef in half if the slices are too large.
- Trim and slice the onion thinly.
- Combine the All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce and dashi or chicken broth in a skillet and add the onion slices.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Lower the heat and cook the onions until mostly tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the beef and continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, until the beef is no longer pink, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Serve the beef and onion mixture over cauliflower rice and add optional garnishes if desired.
