For boiling
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water, then turn off the heat and add the beef to scald it briefly before removing it.
- Discard the water and mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the onions and ginger until soft.
- Add the beef and sauce to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Serve the beef mixture over steamed rice and garnish with scallions and beni shoga.
