Homemade Ricotta Cheese

Instructions
- Heat the milk in a pot over medium heat until it reaches a simmer.
- Stir in the yogurt and vinegar, then remove from heat.
- Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to curdle.
- Line a colander with cheesecloth and pour the curds into it.
- Let it drain for 15-20 minutes, then season as desired.
