Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree until well-combined.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared 9x5-inch loaf pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread sit for 5 minutes before removing it from the pan to cool completely on a wire rack.
- For the cream cheese glaze, soften the cream cheese in the microwave, then whisk in maple syrup and almond milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread, serve, and enjoy!
