chopped or torn Romaine or Green leaf lettuce
Instructions
- Spread the cheese wedges evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the diced carrots over the cheese.
- Add the diced or shredded chicken on top, leaving an inch at one end without toppings.
- Drizzle the Buffalo wing sauce over the chicken, followed by the blue cheese dressing.
- Spread the lettuce over the other toppings.
- Roll the flatbread tightly from the end with toppings, sealing the end without toppings against the roll.
- Place the wrap seam side down and slice into 8 pinwheel pieces.
