Ingredients

The wraps

  • 2 large (12") Flour Tortillas
  • 3 cups chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • handful Microgreens (optional)

The filling

  • 2 cups Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • ¼ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup Ranch Dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
  • ¼ cup chopped Red Onions
  • ¼ cup chopped Green Onions
  • ¼ cup chopped Dill Pickles
  • Salt & Cracked Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the rotisserie chicken in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper until well combined, then drizzle over the chicken and toss to coat.
  3. Add shredded cheese, red onions, green onions, chopped pickles, and ranch dressing to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds and place them on a flat surface.
  5. Divide the romaine lettuce between the tortillas, placing it in a line down the center.
  6. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla over the lettuce.
  7. Top with microgreens if using, then roll the tortillas burrito-style to form wraps.
  8. Cut each wrap in half and serve.
