Instructions
- Shred the rotisserie chicken in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper until well combined, then drizzle over the chicken and toss to coat.
- Add shredded cheese, red onions, green onions, chopped pickles, and ranch dressing to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds and place them on a flat surface.
- Divide the romaine lettuce between the tortillas, placing it in a line down the center.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla over the lettuce.
- Top with microgreens if using, then roll the tortillas burrito-style to form wraps.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve.
