Instructions
- Mix together the melted butter, hot sauce, and seasoned salt in a bowl and set aside.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F.
- Toss the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then add 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce and toss again.
- Grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side or bake for 20 minutes until cooked through, then shred it.
- Toss the shredded chicken with more buffalo sauce.
- Assemble the wraps by layering buffalo chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, blue cheese, cilantro, and potato chips in each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, extra buffalo sauce, and more potato chips.
