The Dipping Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 2. Cook the chicken until it reaches 165°F, then let it rest before slicing.
- 3. Whisk together all the dipping sauce ingredients until well combined.
- 4. Spread sauce down the middle of each tortilla, then layer with chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado.
- 5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve with extra dipping sauce.
