Ingredients

The Burritos

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 to 10 slices bacon
  • 1 to 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 1 to 2 avocados
  • 4 to 6 pieces tortillas

The Dipping Sauce

  • cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • a pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Cook the chicken until it reaches 165°F, then let it rest before slicing.
  3. 3. Whisk together all the dipping sauce ingredients until well combined.
  4. 4. Spread sauce down the middle of each tortilla, then layer with chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado.
  5. 5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve with extra dipping sauce.
