Ingredients

The chicken and sauce

  • 3 large skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into ½” cubes
  • ¾ cup Frank's Red Hot sauce

The toppings

  • 15–20 cups butter lettuce
  • ¾ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 whole avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Marinate cubed chicken in ½ cup of Frank's Red Hot sauce for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Grill the marinated chicken in a grill basket for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once grilled, toss the chicken with ¼ cup of buffalo sauce.
  5. Assemble the lettuce cups by adding grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, green onions, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  6. Serve immediately.
