Ingredients

The chicken and seasoning

  • 10 ounces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

The sauce

  • ¼ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic

The toppings

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar, Pepper Jack, or Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 cup Creamy Ranch Slaw
  • 4 leaves Leaf Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes, then shred it.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter, add the shredded chicken and minced garlic, and toss to coat.
  5. Pour in the buffalo sauce and mix well.
  6. Lay out the lettuce leaves and fill each with shredded chicken, cheese, and ranch slaw.
