Ingredients

The frittata

  • 12 eggs eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

The toppings

  • ½ cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 5 strips cooked bacon
  • ½ cup thinly sliced mushrooms
  • cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • cup shredded gruyere cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking sheet with cooking oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then pour into the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute the spinach, bacon, mushrooms, cheese, and cherry tomatoes on top of the egg mixture.
  4. Bake for 14-16 minutes until the eggs are set and no longer jiggle.
  5. Let the frittata rest for 2-3 minutes before cutting and serving.
