Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking sheet with cooking oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then pour into the prepared baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the spinach, bacon, mushrooms, cheese, and cherry tomatoes on top of the egg mixture.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes until the eggs are set and no longer jiggle.
- Let the frittata rest for 2-3 minutes before cutting and serving.
