Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a 9-10 inch deep pie dish.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crisp, then drain on paper towels.
- Sauté the spinach in the same skillet briefly until wilted, then remove and set aside with the bacon.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, onion powder, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked bacon, spinach, tomatoes, and Swiss cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until just set, about 30-35 minutes.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
