Summer Corn and Avocado Salad

Instructions
- Slice the corn kernels off the cob and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the diced red bell pepper, red onion, quartered cherry tomatoes, chopped avocado, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to the bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss all the ingredients together until well mixed.
- Serve and enjoy!
