Instructions
- Roll the goat cheese into 12 small balls, about 1/3 oz each.
- In a small bowl, combine chopped almonds and craisins, then roll the cheese balls in the mixture and refrigerate.
- In another small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the salad ingredients and toss with the dressing, or divide them among plates.
