Easy Stuffed Peppers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare the bell peppers in a baking dish.
- Drizzle the peppers with oil and season with salt, then bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse the rice and cook it in a saucepan with water until done.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until almost fully cooked, then set aside.
- Sauté the onion in the skillet, then add corn and cook until browned.
- Add the beans, tomato sauce, and seasonings to the corn mixture, then mix in the beef and rice.
- Stuff each pepper with the filling and top with cheese.
- Bake the stuffed peppers for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
