Ingredients

  • cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 pieces strawberries, stems cut off and sliced in half
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine raspberries and blueberries in a microwavable dish and microwave for 30-40 seconds.
  2. Stir and mash the berries, then allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Spoon yogurt into a separate bowl and drizzle with honey.
  4. Top the yogurt with the microwaved berries, sliced strawberries, and sprinkle with almonds.
  5. Serve immediately.
