Instructions
- Cook the okra in a small skillet until no longer slimy.
- Heat oil in a large dutch oven and sauté bell peppers, onions, and celery until soft.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Make a well in the center and add minced garlic, letting it sizzle.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, sautéed okra, Cajun seasoning, and salt, then bring to a boil and simmer.
- Add shrimp and simmer for a few minutes, then add cauliflower rice and simmer until cooked.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with file powder to thicken.
