Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and add the chicken, cooking until opaque.
- Stir in the onion and garlic with a pinch of salt, cooking until tender and fragrant.
- Add the bay leaf, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, and cayenne pepper, then stir in the chicken broth, tomatoes, and okra.
