Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large sauté pan over high heat.
- Sauté the steak for 4-5 minutes until cooked through, then transfer it to a plate.
- Add the remaining oil to the pan, then sauté the onion and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Add the garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium, then add the steak and Szechuan sauce to the veggies, tossing to combine for about 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately over rice or noodles with desired toppings.
