Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the carrots, onion, salt, and pepper; cook until the vegetables soften.
- Increase the heat, add the ground turkey, and cook until it starts to brown.
- Stir in the garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the wine, scraping the browned bits from the pan.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and milk; stir to combine.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and serve topped with the sauce and garnished with parmesan, basil, and parsley.
