Instructions
- Spray the bottom and sides of the pressure cooker with nonstick cooking spray and pour in the chicken broth.
- Whisk together the milk and flour until smooth, then add to the cooker along with the cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and pasta, stirring to combine.
- Secure the lid and set the valve to seal. Calculate the cooking time based on the pasta package instructions.
- Cook on high pressure for the calculated time, then let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
- Stir the pasta well, then add the Parmesan cheese and mix until combined. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve immediately.
