Easy Stovetop Stuffing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and butter a medium-sized casserole dish.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the celery, onion, and garlic until softened.
- Add the poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking for a few more minutes.
- Stir in the herbs and sauté for 1 minute, then add the vegetable paste and whisk in water, cooking for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the bread cubes, mixing until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, spread evenly, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to crisp the top, then serve warm.
