Paleo Cauliflower Sausage Stuffing

Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil, butter, or ghee.
- Add onion, celery, and garlic to the pan and cook until the onion is browned and tender, about 7 minutes.
- Add Italian sausage and seasonings, breaking down the sausage into small pieces.
- Cook the sausage mixture for about 4 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in cauliflower florets, cooking until they soften, about 10 minutes.
- Pour in broth and parsley, stir, then reduce heat to low and cover to simmer for 10-12 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
- Remove the cover and add sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with more herbs if desired.
