Frozen Cantaloupe Margaritas

silver tequila

agave or honey

salt (for the rims, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the cantaloupe by cutting a thin piece of rind off both ends so it can stand upright, then cut it in half horizontally and remove the seeds.
- Scoop out the flesh of the cantaloupe and set it aside, saving the halves to serve the drinks.
- In a blender, combine the cantaloupe flesh, coconut milk, tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, and agave or honey, blending until smooth.
- If necessary, add ice to achieve a slushy consistency.
- Pour the mixture into the cantaloupe halves and serve.
