Minty Watermelon Cucumber Margaritas

white agave tequila

fresh squeezed lime juice

agave nectar (or to taste)

For garnish

watermelon

for serving
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon, cucumber, tequila, lime juice, and agave until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
- Muddle the mint in the bottom of two glasses.
- Fill the glasses with crushed ice and pour the watermelon mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge and fresh mint leaves.
- For a frozen version, blend the mixture with ice until slushy, then serve.
