Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes until they become juice, then strain through a mesh sieve.
- Mix honey with warm water to create a simple syrup.
- In a cocktail shaker or pitcher, combine the strained watermelon juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and honey syrup. Shake well.
- Prepare the glasses by dipping the rims in lime juice and then in salt.
- Fill the glasses with ice and pour the margarita mixture over the ice. Add blueberries if desired.
