Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup silver tequila
  • cup triple sec
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave
  • 1 Tbsp warm water
  • to taste N/A blueberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the watermelon cubes until they become juice, then strain through a mesh sieve.
  2. Mix honey with warm water to create a simple syrup.
  3. In a cocktail shaker or pitcher, combine the strained watermelon juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and honey syrup. Shake well.
  4. Prepare the glasses by dipping the rims in lime juice and then in salt.
  5. Fill the glasses with ice and pour the margarita mixture over the ice. Add blueberries if desired.
