Instructions
- Cube the watermelon and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon puree to remove pulp.
- Mix the watermelon juice with tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
- Prepare glasses by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping in salt.
- Add ice to the glasses and pour in the margarita mix.
- Garnish as desired and serve.
