Watermelon Margarita

Lime wedge and coarse salt
for the glass rims (optional)
Instructions
- Salt the glass rims if desired by rubbing a lime wedge around the rims and dipping them in coarse salt.
- Combine the tequila and half of the jalapeño slices in a bowl and let it infuse for 15 to 30 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the watermelon with the lime juice and a handful of ice, then blend until smooth.
- Pour the watermelon juice into the prepared glasses and stir in 2 tablespoons of tequila into each glass.
- Taste and adjust the flavors as needed, garnish with lime slices, and serve.
