The bowls

broccoli (equals 3-4 c riced)

crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Prepare all veggies by slicing scallions and Thai peppers, and mincing garlic and ginger.
- Marinate the sliced meat in oil and starch for 10 minutes to 1 hour.
- In a saucepan, heat oil, garlic, and ginger until fragrant, then add the sauce ingredients and simmer until thickened.
- In a skillet, fry the coated beef strips until browned, then add the sauce and coat the meat.
- Rice the broccoli in a blender or food processor and steam in the microwave.
- Assemble the bowls by adding broccoli rice, then topping with beef and sauce, scallions, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds.
