Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- Cream the butter and sugars together for about 3 minutes, then add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then stir in the candied pecans and chocolate chips.
- Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Form the cookie dough into balls and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them, and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
