Instructions
- Make a simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a saucepan, boiling until dissolved, then letting it cool.
- Prepare the glass rim by dipping it in lime juice or water, then in sugar or salt to coat the rim.
- In a blender, combine chopped strawberries, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup, and ice.
- Blend until smooth, pour into the rimmed glasses, and garnish with lime slices or strawberries.
