Strawberry Margarita

Instructions
- Make the strawberry puree by blending the strawberries until smooth and straining to remove seeds.
- Optional: Salt the rim of a glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it in salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and strawberry puree with ice.
- Shake the mixture and strain it into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, fresh strawberries, and basil.
