Peach Frangipane Tart

Instructions
- Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper and roll out the tart dough into a large rectangle.
- Trim the overhanging dough and chill the pan in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Slice the fruit into ½-inch thick slices and set aside.
- Spread the frangipane evenly over the tart dough.
- Arrange the fruit slices over the frangipane in a single layer.
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and chill the tart again for 10 minutes.
- Brush the fruit with melted butter and sprinkle sugar over the tart.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack and let cool for another 20 minutes before slicing.
