Peach Basil Tart

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the peaches, removing the pits, and cut them into thin slices.
- Flour your workspace and roll out the puff pastry into a 10” x 14” rectangle.
- Refrigerate the pastry for 10 minutes.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with 1 teaspoon of flour in a small dish.
- In another bowl, combine the remaining sugar, lemon zest, and basil, massaging them together.
- Sprinkle the flour mixture on the pastry, leaving a ½” border.
- Arrange the peach slices in rows on the pastry and sprinkle the sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for about 35 minutes until the edges are browned and the peaches are tender.
- Let cool for a few minutes and sprinkle with remaining basil before slicing and serving.
