reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
The biscuit topping

Bisquick Heart Smart baking mix

skim milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In an 8” square baking dish, combine the cream of chicken soup and ½ cup of sour cream.
- Add the chopped chicken, mixed vegetables, and cheddar cheese, and mix until well combined.
- In a medium bowl, mix the Bisquick, remaining ¼ cup of sour cream, and skim milk until the dough is stiff.
- Drop 6 even mounds of biscuit dough over the chicken mixture.
- Bake on the bottom rack for 35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
