Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a casserole dish.
- Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until browned, then add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir, then gradually add milk while whisking until thickened.
- Stir in chicken, frozen vegetables, and thyme, then transfer to the casserole dish.
- Drop biscuit dough over the filling and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
