Cod Fish Tacos

The fish

The seasoning

Instructions
- Dry the fish and let it come to room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Drizzle melted butter on both sides of the fish.
- Combine the spices and sprinkle them over the fish, seasoning both sides.
- Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Cook the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the fish and set aside to cool.
- Warm the tortillas as per package instructions.
- Assemble the tacos with the cooked fish and desired toppings.
